What Happens When The Workout is Over?

Maintaining a CrossFit level of commitment, motivation, and camaraderie in your relationships, work, and habits can feel impossible. With no one to coach you, its on you to own it.

If you don't have a high degree of personal self-discipline, things can fall apart once the workout is over. Consider these areas...

Diet

It's crazy that you work out as hard as you do and follow it up with failing on your commitments around food.

Drink

CrossFit athletes tend to go all-in on everything they do. But justifying the choice to overindulge because you got your workout in undermines all your hard work.

Life

Choices like these (and others) dramatically affect your sleep, your ability to give in your relationships, and makes your job feel like a slog.

Keep Your Word

Participation isn't a commitment to MWOD. It's a commitment to yourself. Will you be all-in? Will you give yourself to the process? Will you keep your word?

The Invitation

The next step is to APPLY.

Once accepted, the price to participate is $99/month.

We then give half of every CrossFit athlete's MWOD membership dues to your local CrossFit box. It's our way of saying thank you to CrossFit for everything they do.

Becoming an MWOD isn't easy. Voluntary discomfort never is. It's not for everyone. It takes a certain kind of person to consistently choose to do hard things.

None of this is a surprise to you, though. You understand that certain benefits can only come from challenge. It's not a question of understanding.

It really comes down to a simple decision... are you in?

change was gold.
The health benefits you get from MWOD are lagging indicators of what happens in your character. The weight loss and muscle were nice, but the life change was gold.
